Journey into the Underworld

There are parts of you that, somewhere along the way, became incompatible with being loved, accepted, or belonging.

Your anger. Your neediness. Your selfishness. Your slowness. Your hunger. Your intensity.

So you learned not to be them. And then build a life in which your belonging became conditional on remaining a fractured version of yourself.

Journey into the Underworld is a two-hour shadow recovery immersion to go looking for one of those pieces and bring it home.

We’ll begin with a short workshop on how the shadow is formed, and why some of the most interesting and unscripted parts of us are often the ones we’ve learned to keep out of sight.

And then we descend.

I’ll guide you through an extended imaginal and somatic descent into your own underworld - a carefully held process designed to move beneath what you can consciously identify and encounter something in you that may be ready to return. You don’t need to know what you’re looking for. In fact, it’s better if you don’t.

We’ll return from the journey with time to meet what you’ve recovered, begin making sense of it, and integrate the experience together.
