and suspect they are the thing standing in the way.
Your life is giving you exactly as much as you ask for.
You know your attachment style. You know what a boundary is. You've been to therapy. You have enough
self-awareness to explain all of it beautifully.
And you know too much to still be abandoning yourself like this.
And then the stakes get high.
You fall in love. You’re afraid they’ll leave. You want something badly. Sex gets complicated. Someone is disappointed in you.
You override yourself and call it "compromise".
You call not asking for what you actually want being "realistic".
And suddenly all that self-awareness is standing on the sidelines while your body runs the same fucking play.
There’s a gap between what you want and what you’re actually able to access, tolerate, express, or sustain.
You can want intimacy and struggle to let it in. Find your voice and lose it when someone gets disappointed. Or spend so long accommodating everyone else that your own desire barely gets a say.
I investigate what keeps that gap in place, and work with you to build the capacity to live what insight alone hasn’t made possible.

My work lives in relationships, sexuality, desire, attachment and the body - the places where knowing better and choosing differently turn out to be very different things.
I’m not particularly interested in making you better at tolerating a life that doesn’t fit you. I want to know what you actually want, what happens in your body when you get close to it, and what would have to change for you to stop negotiating yourself away.
I’m interested in erotic authority, secure attachment, and radical lives. This work lives in the moments where you know what’s true for you - and then love, fear, attachment or conditioning makes that knowing much harder to live.
