I’m Casey Vale, a somatic relationship and sexuality coach, facilitator, and host of The Undomesticated Feminine podcast.
Most of my work circles the same question:
what happens when we stop self-abandoning
in order to stay connected?
I’m interested in the places where that question gets difficult: love, sex, desire, attachment, family, identity. The moments when your body is saying one thing and your conditioning is saying another. When you know what you want until there’s something to lose. And when being yourself asks more of you than understanding yourself does.
My own path into this work has moved through sexuality (including BDSM and Tantra), somatics, communication, conflict, nervous-system work, and a fairly relentless interest in the space between people. Somewhere along the way, my friends started calling me the Boundary Queen.
I trained in the VITA™ methodology with Layla Martin, and previously worked as a Nonviolent Communication trainer and mediator through the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution. Those lineages still shape how I work, but increasingly my artistry emerges in the overlap.
I work privately with people around the world, and facilitate immersive experiences exploring desire, shadow, sexuality, and the masculine/feminine.
I’ve also had past lives as a farmer, a restaurant manager, a nomad in India, and an orchestral musician. These days, I’m a proud mother to my son, a homesteader, a climber, a CrossFit junkie, and someone who would almost always rather have the conversation underneath the conversation.
